Tips for Trekking in Nepal in May
Carry a four-season Sleeping Bag
High altitudes tend to have feeble and unpredictable weather patterns. It’s a good idea to carry a warm sleeping bag if your journey takes you to altitudes higher than 4,000 meters.
There may be instances when you may feel cold even inside the teahouses. In these cases, you can get inside your sleeping bag and sleep in the warmth.
Beware of Altitude Sickness
