Overview

This tour is designed for beginners to Yoga,during the tour you will learn the fundamentals and simple movements and poses. What better way to be introduced to Yoga with a couple of days wild river rafting a journey into Chitwan National Park in search of tiger and a trek into the foothlls of the mighty  Himalayas to witness the giant snow clad peaks in all thier essence..The tour is open to all people of all ages as we beleive you are never too old to start on self improvement.

Arrival at Kathmandu (KTM) airport and transfer to your hotel. Short orientation of the location, schedule and optional assistance for purchase of the trekking equipment and gear will be arranged by local tour operator. O/n at Hotel

After breakfast, we will drive to the rafting camp. It will take about 2 hours to get there by a private van from Kathmandu. With this special beginning of the trek we intended to give you the best possible experience and welcome. Rafting is optional and those wishing to just chill out at the camp and enjoy the beauty of the nature are more than welcome to do so. Rafting itself will take 2-3 hours. All rafting gear and equipment will be provided.

Wake up and refreshing shower”- after breakfast start rafting again. We will be back at camp again after raft around 5 pm, at the mean time our yoga teacher and will arrive at the camp, In the evening meeting with teacher and briefing about the Yoga.

In the camp, we will have yoga classes in the morning and evening and rest of day, we will enjoy day hike to village, rafting or by learning kayaking basis courses as well.

After breakfast, packing and leaving camp to Pokhara. Afternoon free day, late afternoon visit to David’s Fall and Mahendra Cave. O/n at Hotel

From Pokhara to Nayapul, it takes about 1 ½ hour by driving. The road is reasonably good. On reaching Nayapul, within short walk, we cross a suspension bridge. After that, the trial follows up the bank of Modi river to Birethanti. From there, the trail leads through bamboo forest and passes a large waterfall-summing hole. The trail stays on the north bank of Bhurundi River to Bajagara. Beyond a pasture used by Pony caravans, the trail reaches Sudami then climbs steadily up through the valley reaching Hile (1495m). Walking time takes about 5 hours.O/n Hille,

From the place of Tikhedhunga, after a short walk the trail crosses a steam on suspension bridge and leads the climb very steeply on a stone staircase. It leads continuously steep to the large village of Uleri at 2070m. From there one can see first eye catching mountain views of Annapurna south (7219m), Himchuli (6440m) and Fishtail (6996m). After that, the trail leads through deep magnificent oak and Rhododendron forest up to Ghorepani (2850m). Walking time takes about 7 hours.O/n Ghorepani.

At the place of Ghorepani to Poonhill (3,193m), trail leads climbing very steeply on a stone staircase. Walking time takes about one hour to the top. From the Poonhill, one can see view of Sunrise and breath taking mountains views such as Dhaulagiri, Nilgiri, Annapurna I, and Annapurna south, Himchuli, Annapurna III, Fishtail, Annapurna IV, and Annapurna II and so on. After Poonhill, ascends to Ghorepani from there to Ghandruk (1940m). Mountain trail leads several times ascending and descending. It passes several villages through oak and Rhododendron forest. Walking times takes approximately 6/7 hours

From Ghandruk, we go back to Nayapul, the route descending is flat through the bank of Modi River and passes several villages such as Kimle, Shyauli Bazzar, and Birethani and comes Nayapul. Walking times takes about 5 hours, after Nayapul drive back to Pokhara. O/n at Pokhara

After breakfast, we drive to Chitwan which takes 5 hours by driving to reach our destination.

15:00 hrs. Briefing on elephant safari & bathing.

16:00 hrs. Elephant safari (Approx. 2 hours)

19:00 hrs. Tharu dance or culture show program

20:00 hrs. Dinner

05.30 hrs: Wake up call

06.00 hrs: Tea / Coffee followed by Nature walk for Bird watching

07.30 hrs: Breakfast

08.30 hrs: Canoe ride along with Elephant breeding center

13.00 hrs: Lunch

15.00 hrs: Visit to National Park visitor center (Information about the Park)

16.00 hrs: Village tour to a near by ethnic Tharu village by ox cart.

19.00 hrs: Slides presentation about the flora & fauna of the National Park

20.00 hrs: Dinner

07.00 hrs: Wake up call

07.30 hrs: Breakfast

09.30 hrs: Departure to Kathmandu, it takes around 5 hours drive back to City.

Full day trip in Kapan Monastery in the evening back to Moonlight hotel for candle light welcome back dinner at the terrace of the hotel.

Full day sightseeing in, Patan and Kathmandu city.

  • Personal insurance which if trekking or climbing must include helicopter evacuation.
  • Please Note: Visas can be obtained on your arrival at Kathmandu Airport.
