Early in the morning we will do the light yoga session and after breakfast we start our bus travel to Beshishar takes about 6 Hours. Accommodation: Teahouse
IN the morning we will have yoga session and after breakfast we ride about 1000M uphill along the Maryashangdi river. It’s a beautiful section of the ride and 100% rideable.Evening we will have yoga and mediation session.

In the morning mediation and yoga,Today the rides will be on jeep tracks an the jungle opens up into the arid mountain region, today’s rides will be so much fun with great views of Himalayas. Evening mediation and Prayers at Monastery.
In the morning opens up your mind by mediation at monastery with monks and yoga. Afternoon we will hike to viewpoint to achieve some hight and enjoy the breathtaking views of himalayas and the Manang village. Manang is home to the Manangi people and here you can sometimes see the ancient sports of archery and pony racing.Evening light yoga session
Early after yoga we will start our journeys to Throng Phedi last stop before Throng-la pass. Today will will need to carry the bikes at some part and most of other part are rideable if your body let you, take easy and time to enjoy the vies and breath.
Very early in the morning around 4:30 we start our big and adventurous days by carrying and pushing the bikes up 1300M to Throng-la, but also gasping in awe as this section of the journey proffers excellent rewards with magnificent views from Throng La of the snow capped mountains and after the pass we will have super downhill on the other side that you will enjoy the downhill MTB rides Evening Yoga and celebration of the success!
After our regular yoga session, and if any one want to have holy bath at 108 taps at the temple. Leaving behind Muktinath we traverse the hill side along a small, little used trekking trail, there is a small section of push as we reach up to Dhangladanda from where you get spectacular views of the Himalaya following the single tracks up to Jomshom (capital of Mustang) evening yoga and mediation session
Today we will have last yoga session in the himalayas and prayers to the himalayas by being silent for a moment, after breakfast we will walk to airprt and fly to Pokhara a scenic 25 minutes mountain flight over Annapurna. Evening enjoy your time back in the civilization and farewell dinner.
Early morning we will do our final yoga at roof top of hotel with views of himalayas and drive to Kathmandu, transfer to Hotel
