We have different type of payment option. We request with you 20% of total trip cost payment from online secure site for the customer satisfction. For the very big amount we take payment via wire transfer to our account. And also we accept paypal ,credit card (Visa/ Master card), american express etc.

Cancellation Policy

In the event a trek does not proceed and/or is cancelled by Nepal Social Treks, we will refund in full any deposit/payment you have made.

In the event you wish/need to withdraw from a trek after you have paid your deposit/final payment then a cancellation charge may, at the sole discretion of Nepal Social Treks, be payable as follows:

Less than 45 days from departure date: loss of 25% of deposit amount.

Less than 30 days from departure date: loss of 50 % of deposit amount,.

Less than 15 days from departure date: loss of deposit amount or you can extend trip,
