This trekking route has massif views of Himalayas in to the Hidden Valley. It is a long trek and show us the most beautiful and remote areas of the country. From Jomsom to Dolpo trek is recommended to expert trekkers who are used to trek in to great heights. This trek crosses more than eleven mountain passes, seven of them higher than 5,000 m. Thus this is a difficult route compensated however by the beauty of the country-side and kindness of the people. This trekking tour is undoubtly one of the best that can be carried out in the whole of the Himalayas. Jomsom is the entrance point of upper Dolpo Trek and lies in the North-West of Nepal. The route begins from Jomsom by meandering through pine and cedar forest with views of the huge Dhaulagiri range in the background
