Everest Base Camp Trekking from Jiri-24 Days

Jiri Everest trek is famous for the Sherpas and other ethnic groups. You learn to know the life style of their villages and see their culture.This is the route first used by the early expedition’s team to climb Everest from the Nepalese side. Starting from Jiri, the route passes through the Sherpa villages of the Solu Khumbu, many of them having beautiful Buddhist monasteries. The height gain is gradual making it easier to acclimatize. After a rest day in Namche Bazaar, the Sherpa capital, the trail continues to famous Thyangboche Monastery. It's setting encircled by giant mountains has been called one of the most beautiful places on earth.The aim of this trek is to climb Kala Pattar from where the southwest face of Everest can be clearly seen, as well as aside Trekking trip to Everest Base Camp. The return trek leads to Lukla for the flight back to Kathmandu.The "Everest Classic Trek" offers the best chance to get to know the beautiful Khumbu district, and allows for gradual acclimatization.Highest elevation is reached when climbing to the viewpoint of Kala Pattar (5,545 m.).

Day 04: Jiri Trekking to Shivalaya(1,767m)
Day 05: Shivalaya Trekking /Bhandar(2,194m)
Day 06: Bhandar Trek to Sete(2,573m)
Day 07: Sete Trek to Junbensi(2675m)
Day 08: Junbensi Trek to Taksindo(2,971m)
Day 09: Taksindo Trek to Khari khola (2,050m)
Day 10: Khari Khola Trek to Surke(2,339m)
Day 11: Surke Trek to Phakding(2,640m)
Day 12: Phakding Trek to Namche bazaar(3,446m)
Day 13: Visit Thame(3,800m) or rest
Day 14: Namche Bazaar Trek to Thyangboche (3,860m)
Day 15: Tangboche Trek to Pheriche(4,240)
Day 16: Pheriche Trek to Lobuche(4,910m)
Day 17: Lobuche Trek to Gorak Shep ( 5,140m) Hike to Everest Base Camp
Day 18: Gorak Shep Trek to Kala Patthar and Return Lobuche
Day 19: Hike to Dingbuche (4,410m) Day 20: Dingbuche Trekking to Thyangboche,
Day 21: Thyangboche trek to Namche Bazaar
Day 22: Namche Bazaar to Phakding
Day 23: Phakding Trekking to Lukla (2,840m)
Day 24: Lukla fly to Kathmandu
