It is possible to go biking the entire length of Nepal.Centuries-old dirt roads and trials offer a change to go on extended trips to exotic locals like Annapurna and Kanchanjunga areas. 21 to 27 gear bicycles are recommended when riding through tough terrain. Mountain bikes are available for rent by day or longer in the numbers bicycle rental outlets in and around Kathmandu or Pokhara. Riders can explore rims and ridges of Kathmandu and Pokhara through off routes that weave in and out of the cities. Food and accommodation are easily available around the valley and the main trail.

This is a combination of trekking and biking which offers you the best of Annapurna,the most popular trekking region. Annapurna is a spectacular region for trekking and riding and with the expansion of the trails before and after Thorong Pass it becomes more and more ride able. This region offers amazing scenery as you travel between the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri range. In this region you can ride the complete circuit or the half circuit. This trip has some technical riding and is for the intermediate level rider.

Day 06: Bhartang to Manang (3540m) 70% ride able 30% push and carry
Day 07: rest and acclimatization day in Manang
Day 08: Manang to Letdar (3900m) trekking
Day 09: Letdar to phedi (4090m) trekking
Day 10: Phedi over Thorong (5416m) pass to Muktinath (3800m) trekking
Day 11: Muktinath to Jomsom (2713m) 100% ride able
Day 12: Jomsom to Lete (2010m) 90% ride able
Day 13: Lete to Tatopani (1190m) 85% ride able
Day 14: Tatopani to Ghorepani (2750m) trekking
Day 15: Ghorepani to Pokhara via Birethanti trekking and bus
Day 16: Pokhara to Kathmandu by flight.
