Itinerary in Details:

17th June 2010: Arrival Kathmandu. Transfer to Hotel.
18th June 2010: Kathmandu Sightseeing or free day in Kathmandu,
19th June 2010: Dhulikhel to Kodari 165 km, 6 hrs (Drive). Complete Immigration and custom formalities for both side and Drive towards Nayalam. Overnight Camp / Guest House.

20th June 2010: Nayalam. Second night for acclimatization.

21st June 2010: Nyalam To Saga 240 km, 8-9 hrs. Overnight Camp.

22nd June 2010: Saga To Prayang 200 km 7-8 hrs. Overnight Camp.

23rd June 2010: Prayang To Manasrovar 250 km, 7-8hrs. Overnight Camp.

24th June 2010: Full day on Holy banks of Manasarover. Yatris will perform Manasarover Parikrama by Jeeps. Dinner and overnight at Guest House/Tents.

25th June 2010: After early breakfast, depart to Tarboche (starting point for Kailash Parikrama). Trek to Diraphuk (12 km. / 7 - 8 hrs). Packed Lunch. Dinner and overnight camping.

26th June 2010: After early breakfast, start trekking to Zutulphuk via Dolma Pass (highest point of entire journey, 5750 m). The distance is 18 km with approximate time taken 9 - 10 hrs. Packed Lunch. Dinner and overnight camping.

27th June 2010: After early breakfast, trek further for 10 km. (4 - 5 hrs) to arrive at the ending point of Parikrama where jeeps shall be waiting to drive the pilgrims back to Manasarovar. Packed lunch en route. Dinner and overnight at Guest House/Tents.

28th June 2010: After early breakfast, drive to Parayang (250 km / 7 - 8 Hrs). Lunch en route. Dinner and overnight at Guest House/Tents.

29th June 2010: After early breakfast, proceed for Saga (200 km / 6 - 7 hrs). Lunch en route. Dinner and overnight at Guest House or tents if needed.

30th June 2010: Drive to Lhatse O/N at Guest House

1st Juy 2010:   Drive to Shigatse o/N at Hotel

2nd July 2010: Visit Tashilompu Monastery and drive to Gyantse. Visit Khumbula stupa and Phalkhor Monastery O/N At Hotel

3rd July 2010: Drive to Lhasa O/Nat Hotel.

4th/5th July 2010: Two full Days Sightseeing tour in Lhasa city Sightseeing tour of Potala Palace, Norbulinka Palace, Jokhang Temple, Sera & Drepung, Monastery and Barkhor Street O/N at Hotel 

6th July 2010:- Departure Transport to Gonggar Airport and Fly back to Kathmandu, transfer to Hotel.

 

Above tour is organized March April to October. Starting point of the tour is Kathmandu. Total duration is 20 Days (depends upon the weather condition). Tailor made Itinerary suiting only for groups will be made as on request.
